I use to just use a synthetic WigWam toque I bought at MEC in 2000. Still have it. I never found another toque that would sit right or fit right on my head. Until now that is. I took a chance and picked up a Merino Toque from MTN HEAD because I like how functional the material is. This is the first one in 20+ years that sits well and doesn’t look like giant pile of fabric on my head. Now I have 5 colours. No more one black toque for me. Made In Canada to boot as it’s important our money is spent in ways where it cycles in our economy instead of being extracted from us for some douche bag Billionaire. There’s good smart capitalism like MTN HEAD and their manufacturers. Then there is the stupid capitalism that we have let surround us for no good reason. Buying cheap and letting our money leave our local economy has pushed our cost of living exponentially higher because they sell us mediocre goods for too much money and use that money through investment in disgusting unethical enterprises to drive up the cost of all of our basic necessities. Spend your money with good local capitalist ventures like MTN HEAD. Oh… and AI sucks. Like really really sucks. Let that bubble burst and give them no bailouts.
