At Muttonhead we recognize the importance of ethically made clothing. This is why we manufacture all of our crew necks in a sweatshop free factory located right here in Toronto.
As mentioned in many reviews - it’s a great quality piece, but fits very small. The XL is really the equivalent of an L - it’s not really designed to be even a big baggy for any person of a slightly above average stature (I’m 6’3” and 200lbs - I just manage to fit in it and will avoid washing it until I absolutely have to). One thing not noted in reviews that’s worth pointing out - the speckles on the sweater are raised kind of tufts…it’s not like a dye pattern on the shirt, but almost like rainbow pilling. I’m not mad at it but I didn’t expect it - it’s not easy to see when you’re just buying online.
Great quality, awesome sweater but sizing runs really small. Ordered an XL thinking it should be a little loose but I couldn’t even get in on it was so small.
Fitted for sure, size up if you want a non-tight fit.

Love this sweatshirt. Speckles!
Just as they recommend, going up a size from my normal means it fits perfectly. Love the speckle.

I love the look of the black rainbow speckled sweatshirt, and I've had a few compliments, but the fit and quality leave a bit to be desired, especially for the price. The sizing for a large is quite slim; I've had to stretch it a bit to make it fit more comfortably. For me, going up a size would be too long in the torso and arms, so it's not an option. The overall feel of the material is a bit coarse and not as soft and warm as I would like in a sweatshirt. I much prefer supporting Canadian businesses, but my $40 Old Navy sweatshirt is cozier and warmer. Improve the quality and it will be more worthy of the price tag.
