I am petit (just under 5 ft and about 90lbs) and recognize unisex clothing is not made with me in mind. Based on the sizing chart (smaller waist and shorter inseam than other Muttonhead pants) and the sale price, I took a chance on the Easy Pants in size XS. Unfortunately the fit isn’t great on me - the waist is looser than anticipated, the crotch is roomy and low, and there’s just some excess material.
However, I am giving these pants a low rating for the material, not for the fit or style. I find the material looks/feels a little bit cheap. The pants also came showing some signs of wear (little pilling/pulled material) despite me never having washed or worn them. They arrived without a tag, so it is possible these were a return or previously used for display. While it isn’t the biggest deal in the world, it does suggest to me that the material will not hold up well with use.
I don't usually buy pants or clothes online but I wanted to support local so I made the purchase which I'm glad I did. these pants are super comfortable and I love the color. I will definitely be buying more of these in the future. Muttonhead is a great brand that supports local manufacturing and I love it!
These are exactly what I wanted. Comfortable, simple, dressy enough for work.
I bought similar pants from Muttonhead around 5 years ago which I LOVED. They were discontinued before I could buy multiple pairs. They are 80% cotton and still look/feel good after all these years. I was so excited to see a similar model was back in store. However, these ones are mostly polyester, fabric is much thinner and way less comfortable. Please bring back the cotton version.
